Getting Started with Box Office Avenue


Making your tickets and merchandise available on the web has never been easier!  Here are the basic steps required to start using Box Office Avenue:

1 Call New Concepts Software and speak to a representative about your current ticketing operation.  We will discuss individual pricing based on ticket prices and volume.

2 Send your seating diagram, along with any related graphical material to New Concepts Software for initial venue setup.  See special notes for existing Tick-It! 97/2K customers
3 Establish a Merchant Account with one of our certified Credit Card Processing Services.

4 New Concepts Software, Inc. will prepare an initial website for you, configured to match the look and colors of any existing website your organization has.
5 After a "tutorial" session on managing your events and merchandise, you give final approval for your site to go "live" and begin selling your tickets around the clock.
6 As your tickets and merchandise are sold, the money is deposited into YOUR merchant account, and New Concepts Software, Inc. will bill you monthly based on your sales.
