Credit Card Merchant Accounts and Box Office Avenue In order to process ticket transactions on the Internet, your venue will need to establish a Merchant Account with a processor that is compatible with Box Office Avenue. This account will be yours only, and payments from credit card sales will be deposited into it directly. You will receive a bill the first of each month from New Concepts Software for the ticket sales volume you did for the previous month.
